Tutor Certification FAQ

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. Study materials, mock tests, and session recordings are included in every package, and there are no cancellation penalties provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice before a scheduled lesson.

What payment methods do you accept?

We will confirm available payment methods — including the options relevant to your country — when we follow up on your assessment booking. What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied after your first two lessons, we refund the remaining balance of your package in full. Refunds for other circumstances are handled pro rata, less a small administrative fee, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Can I change my package after I start?

Yes. If your goals or timeline change, speak with your tutor or contact us and we will adjust your program. Any difference in package price is credited or billed accordingly.

Do you offer family or group discounts?
